*The Phoenixius jet lands on the island, where various Xi Island officials pulled up in a limousine. Picking up the Phoenixius delegates, they drove to the building designated for the upcoming talks.*

A jet lands..5 military officers come out.And then the president with guards surrounding him.They get into an armored limo and proceed to the building where the talks are..The preisdent says to his guard "This should be good"

*The Phoenixius delegates stand up as the Catania-Marinov's president enters the main talks room.*

"We regret to inform you that the Phoenixius Council themselves cannot attend - apart from them never leaving Phoenixius, they are currently dealing with the rebel problem. However we do have a direct link to them if they are required to be contacted. Sit down, and we shall begin."

The president says "Thank you,Now we should start with small naval bases on the coasts shareing both our forces..You are also welcomed to our territories.And embasies in the capital's" he takes a sip of cofee.and says "This can become a great alliance.."

"We would be worried if we couldn't set up embassies in each other countries. Naval bases, hmm. Yes, I can't see why not. We have some space at the north-east of our island for your base, if you wish. Its a bit far from the nearest city, but there are various towns situated around the nation." the delegate calls to the waiter to bring more coffee, "Sorry about that - its good coffee, don't you agree?"

"It is isnt it,The naval base location would be fine.We have 3 areas you could set up.1 in our homeland on the east one on Hamil2 on the south and one on Of Bulgaria-malta on the north..We have a very nice building in our capiutal that would make a fine embasy and we could construct them in our territories."

"One embassy in you capital would be enough for us. I think that the location in your homeland would be good enough - we don't want to upset the locals in the other nations, plus it will keep the base relatively close to our embassy, if we needed to send people between the two compunds."

*A smartly dressed man, one of the stewards, came up to the head Phoenixius delegate, and whispered in his ear. After sating his message, he waited.*

"Ah gentlemen. It seems that dinner is ready. Please follow me to the dining room."

*The Phoenixius delegates get up and follow the steward to the dining room.*

The president gets up and proceeds while they sit he says "This will be good,Thank you." at this time a man comes in and whispers in the presidents ear the president says "Gentelman,I am sorry but for nathional secuirty i must go" he gets up followed by his guards and he says "sorry.expect forces to come beat those rebels who are messing with you" and he leaves and gets into a armored car.

"Very well. Gentlemen, lets return home."

*The Phoenixius delegates get up, and enter their limousine, which takes them to the airport. There they get into the jet and fly home to Phoenixius, with the newly signed treaty document in their hands.*
