In a suprising move, the Soviet Congress has passed the Military Reformation Bill. This bill is solely designed to improve the demenutive nature of the ANL Military. For some time, the military recived the least amount of funding in comparision to the rest of government expeditures. Currently, the ANL has a population of 881 million, however, the military does not remotely reflect a nation of that size.

His Excellency, The Grand Duke of Luxornburg, highly approves of such measure. However, His Excellency would like to express that the fields of education and infrastructure should not be short-shifted in the long run.

The military has gone under sweeping reforms and has been made more formidible. The ANL military personel has gone up from 4,500,000 to 18,450,000 Active duty personel. (This is 2% of my population as of 3/12/04)
