As a representative of a new region,I would like to know how to defend oneself from an invasion and if anyone is selling arms
All one has to do is to open contact with a country, make allies, then form defensive bonds.

ooc: Dont make a puppet. Wankers do that, unless its for a legitimate reason(different tech times, etc).
ic: Chellis is willing to ally you, and train and arm your military. All we ask is your alliance to us, and if we go to war, we can use your nation as a landing place for aircraft or emergencies.
