After weeks of continued fighting in Mechico City, drug prices continue to rise from the street level up. Insurgents, armed by a coalition of the nation’s most lucrative drug cartels have captured most of the capitol city. Led by the charismatic Senior Federico Asada, the paramilitary tARoT forces have captured most of the generally supportive city. Government forces, the PCF, have withdrawn to the countryside as well as several other large Mechican cities. Since so much of tARoT’s resources have been dedicated to controlling the city, its drug-trafficking operations have slowed, and this trickle effect has reached Amerigan streets.
Ameriga, due to a hugely inefficient and costly drug war, remains one of the world’s largest importers of illicit drugs. Since Mechico’s largest export is narcotics, the trouble in Mechico reflects itself onto Amerigan and international streets.
Bill Bower, a 25 year old Phish fan and video game store employee says he has been paying three times what he did a month ago for the same substances.
“Plus man….the junk I been getting is like totally,” Bill paused for a second to look out the window and point at something, “Did you see that man? The road is all trippy. Anyway, dude, what were we talking about? Oh yeah, my dope’s been expensive and low quality lately. I just hope everything gets squared away soon, cuz Phish is coming to town in May. I’d hate to go on some bogus stuff, ya know?
Rapper and entertainer, Mr. Busta Rhymez told Vive magazine, “Yo dun! Bluntz be mad wack, nahmean? Dun, my man Sabu at the Flatbush Bodega is ripping me off with the bull**** chronic. If I wasn’t a millionaire, these rates would make a brotha broke. Whoever is responsible needs to get some dough down to those poor Mechicans. In the mean time, FlyPMode to the moon, dun. Nahmean?”
