My fellow Kingmanians,
This morning I made what has been one of this great nation's most important decisions ever. I issued an executive order abolishing nuclear weapons and programs in the Republic of New Kingman. We can no longer keep such weapons in our arsenal. Nuclear weapons are the most horrendous thing mankind has ever created. No longer will our people live under the fear of Mutually Assured Destruction. No longer will we have to decide, whether or not innocent people have to die because we have been attacked. No longer will we intimidate people with the threat of complete and utter destruction. We can not remain peaceful as long as we possess nuclear weapons. Effective immediately we will dismantle the stockpile and stop all production and testing. Only then can we advocate peace towards others. Thank you and good night
