The anarchic nation of Free Rebellion finds your offer of an alliance an interesting one indeed, however, we are not a powerful nation. The disorganised form of our government prevents military decisions from being rapid ones, as paperwork is frequently lost or destroyed in riots.

Due to the almsot constant rioting, though, we have a highly trained police force. Low funds prevent advanced equipment, but they are excellent in hand to hand combat. Free Rebellion would be glad to provide them as a defense force for your civilians should you be attacked. Free Rebellion does expect some military protection for this, however, in the form of sea defense on our vulnerable coastline. The tropical climate does make the coast susceptible to hurricanes, though, so please have procedures in place to deal with this.

The main city of Free Rebellion would also provide space for the construction of an Embassy of your nation, and will make sure it is protected with our anti-riot barriers.

interesting how nations can support invasions of other nations for absolutely no reason. its quite pathetic. Invading nations to show your power? because of that, you're showing how weak you truly are, resorting to invading innocent nations. I won't allow this to happen.
