Its all just RP, but there are restrictions depending on Nation size, economy, etc... :wink:

All the weapons exist in Real Life (someothers are taken from popular videogames and such) ... here in NS, you roleplay its development or you buy them from someone else..

I.E.==>"The ministry of economy wires 500 billion for the ships bought..."
or something to the same effect.
