Due to the recent wars, terrorist attacks, and what some consider, the 7th World War, millions of innocent civilians have been murdered, and even more injured. I propose an alliance be created whereas:

Each member of the alliance is equal.

This alliance has absolutely nothing to do with any military alliances, therefore, if a nation within the alliance is attacked, other nations aren't required to assist it.

Each member must dedicate some of their doctors, medical aid, and other supplies to help the oppressed people in certain nations, and to aid those nations in war. It doesn't matter who's side is right or wrong, all that matters is that humanity is suffering. We need to do our best to save lives.

This alliance is very loose, and may be considered a confederacy, in which each nation isn't bound by any certain rules. The ONLY requirement is that your nation is pro-human rights, and is against genocide of any kind.

Any nation within the alliance that commits an act against humanity will be immediately booted from it, and banned until majority of the members of the alliance see that things have changed for the better, and that the oppressed is no longer oppressed.

One requirement is a background check occur on each nation willing to join the alliance, just to make sure that it doesn't have a past history of ignoring humans rights.

We also accept donations to the alliance to help fund these efforts.

I want to control to who and what I'm giving aid out to. I don't give aid out arbitrarily. In addition, I believe in giving micro-loans to individuals and businesses instead of big governmental loans. From records, 95% of all micro-loans have been paid back, while the payment rate of bigger governmental loans is much lower.

I'll start something, it'll be kinda short though. All I'll really say is that I'm interested in starting a space program.

I believe that Alliances are in general hinderance, except in a couple of instances, i.e. the GDA and the IADF. Your U.S.F.G. is a great idea, but ultimately flawed. I suggest that the alliance concentrate more on micro-loans and such rather than big governmental loans...

I am a small nation, but hope to grow, and I think a would be a valuable aid.

Hazatak already gives humanitarian help to countries in need, whether caught in crossfire on someone else´s war, or attacked without reason by other countries and terrorist organizations.

We also reprove measures that goes against human rights, so we would like to join this international organization.
