and 4.5 for a ten year bond.

Denominations are in 100 million dollar units.

That is correct. A single gov't bond is worth 100 million. This is gov't to gov't bond issues - not your average citizen stuff.

I don't wish to sound offensive sir, however I must ask: what promise can you make that your economy will recover suffiecently to repay these bonds. My sources tell me that your economy has taken a MAJOR hit, akin to what started the depression in the USA. Do you have some good news that may reassure investors that your economy will recover?
