We interrupt all radio and public television programs for this breaking news report. Celciana's embassy in the United States of Credonia has been bombed this morning. The explosion occured at 6:59am Credonia time. The number of dead has already reached over 20 people; the number of wounded is 35 and counting.

The president believes this is an act of Terrorism because of Celciana's ties with Credonia, but many of the congress members disagree. He is also asking Credonia's government permission to launch an investigation on the incident to see if this was an act of terror or not. Stay tuned to Celcianic News for more information.

Official Response From Alexander Nicolas Sutton, Emperor of The Credonian Empire

Credonia is appaled by the bombing that has taken place today in Credonia City. Under any normal circumstances the Credonian government would be quick to act and respond to such an attack, however, since the embassy that was bombed is soverign territory of the nation of Celciana, we will do as they request and do nothing at all. Your government has full permission to begin a full investigation into this bombing, and you have all of Credonia's resources at your disposal.

I am personally sorry for the Celcianian lives lost in this attack and will be calling upon all nations with embassies in Credonia soon to discuss a plan to better secure all national assets (embassies and consulates) within the capital.

Also, I must state that when you conduct your investigation, you look into officials from your nation as Credonia city has been closed down to ALL non-credonian born citizens and other people excluding foreign dignataries for some time. The patrols have actively searched houses and buildings for these people and have relocated them outside of the city and we are POSITIVE it couldnt have been a Credonian or any other person from another nation. Credonia City remains on military lockdown as it has been for months.

Once again I am sorry for the losses, some of which were Credonian, and we wish you good luck on the investigation. Our resources are at your disposal.

We will respond to your demands if you agree not to attack any more of our embassies or consulates within the world. If you do not comply to this, we will retalliate with military force. Now, we will send a C-240 with armed military escort to one of your nation's airbases. If your military makes any attempt to destroy either the Cargo plane, or the fighters escorting it we will retalliate. Also, if your soldiers make an attempt to kill or capture our pilots or soldiers escorting the prisoners, we will declare war.

In responce to the recent terror attacks against embassies within Credonia, Iuthian embassies will be flying in additional security for our building.

We would like to point out that any attack against an Iuthian Embassy will be concidered an attack against Iuthia and will be dealt with as such.

We are also asking for permission from Credonia to assist them in locating these terrorists... we have specialisted teams who are well training in tracking down the crimes accociated with terrorist organisations (such as fake identification being sold and so on). These are not heavy military units and are designed more as a sergeons tool and not a blunt intrument.

I- Permission granted

SR- Let me warn you, my entire military is at DEFCON 2 due to incidents that have happened abroad, should you perform another "act" of war, Credonia will not hesitate to over run your territory with troops and take it over. Dont tempt a nation that is/was on the verge of war.

The Imperial Embassy in Credonia is being evacuated of non-essential staff, but the embassy govenor will remain to keep operations running.

Very well, we have ordered the mobilisation of our Black Viper Specialist task force would will be sent to your nation in to unmarked planes with the designation details in this attached document: [Attachment: 001a]

Upon arrival they will meet up with your own investigation team leaders and learn what they can about the situation before making suggestion, they are techniqually under your command, even though they will continue to follow the Iuthian Military Ethos.

I'm sure you will find them of good use, we will be monitoring their progress. If you could also keep us updated on any devopments in your government as well as your own views on the terrorist situation.

OOC: Chances are I wont RP too much after this, I'll leave it at this unless you want to RP specific parts...

Like I said IC, you are in control of my forces though I won't specify how many of them I'm sending, it's not important right now.

Just treat them like having additional anti-terrorism experts in your anti-terror forces. Black Viper Specialists are seen as the Iuthian elite military forces, specialising in differing aspects of the military. These ones are specialised in investigation and special force tactics, of course, they are also specialised in dealing with terrorists... I'll leave you to interpet their usefulness, as they are from a totally different nation that hasn't seen war in a long time.

They will do everything they are told providing they are not told to do anything offensive or against their morals and ethics... basically don't use them to exercute people.

Other then that I'll leave the RP to you unless you need me.

To the Credonia Government,

The Armed Republic of Savage Revolutionists will comply with the terms as stated by you. You will have access to the Shrifta air base located on the western border of of your country, directly adjacent to the demilitarized zone separating our lands. However, if ANY attempt of military action other than transport is acted upon us by thos fighters...all of your aircraft will be destroyed by a phalanx system of S.A.M. towers surrounding the base, and a volley of ballistic missles will target your capital city; our own invading forces, will then procede to your city and eliminate any resisting threat. This is all if you attempt an attack on our base. If this doesnt happen though...we will agree to a cease fire compliance with you and Celciana

PS: Aust, didn't the Savage Revolutionists forces decimate you several days ago with ballistic weaponry? How do u think you would invade our land, when all your soldiers are dead?
