Catania-Marinov naval vessels patrolling the waters around Of Bulgaria-Malta have sunk a small ship..The navy gave several warnings to the ship and when it opened fire on a destroyer.In 5 minuts the ship was sunk.4 survivors out of the 15 others found dead in the water have not said anything on this or where they had left.They will be tried and a possible execution will be taken out.Any nation with information on this matter please hand it over to the C-M goverment.

what did you warn them to do? what were they doing wrong? maybe there not talking because there scared, i mean come on you just blew them out of the water chum!

It may be one of our ships. One is reported missing, and was last seen leaving the area of Phoenixius. If it is our ship, it will have been taken by Phoenixius rebels. If you don't mind, we can send some investigators to determine if it is one of our ships, and specifically the missing ship. If it proves to be our ship, then you may kill the survivors - we don't want to encourage the rebels into thinking they can get away with this sort of thinig.

*Three Phoenixius investigators board a Phoenixius Council jet, and are soon in the air, flying towards Catania-Marinov. The flight would be long.*

would it be of disadvantage to you if we conducted investigations too, i feel it just to give these 4 survivors a fair trial whoever they be. if you want we can be there defence. only of course with your permission!

An officer says to the chief of military "Sir,We have a jet of the investagators heading here..." The general replies "good.Everything is ready for them"

The jet lands at the specified Catania-Marinov airport. There they are met by the military delegate, and taken to the local port. From there they are shown the ship that will take them to the location of the wreckage. A small sub is onboard to take them down to the ship.


OOC: Sorry Catania-Marinov if I've taken liberties with your men, but you said you wouldn't be here for a while, and I wanted to get the plot moving.

IC-A shell hit where the name would have been and well...The ship is rather mangled and hard to recognize..Othen than that everything else is fine...If this was taken by rebels we may request to go into your country and take them out for you..And why would they come here? and fire on us? we may have something bigger than we understand...

Even though the name has been removed, Phoenixius uses other methods of identifying their ships incase anything happens to them. Our investigators will use this method if all else fails.

*The investigators enter the sub and watch as the Catania-Marinov pilot, cruises down towards the wrecked ship. As they near they can tell its a small ship, roughly the same size as the one that was stolen in Phoenixius.*

Well,IF it is yours we can lift it up and you can take it back to Phoenixius but we would like to examine it more befor you take it..And the rebels will have a public execution and a torture befor if they do not talk..They talk they life...IN a cell of course...

*One of the investigators pulls out a small, electronic device. He presses a button and the screen lights up. Within a few seconds there is a small beep, and data begins scrolling down the screen.*

"We have confirmation - its the PNS Fury alright. The grey box is still active."

"Catania-Marinov officials. We have confirmation of the vessel. It is indeed one of our ships, and the one that was stolen. If you could assist in the salvage opperation, it would be much obliged. We will have a recovery ship sent to take it back to Phoenixius. You may examine it as much as you want - it doesn't contain an recent technological advances."

*hooks and chains are connected to the ship and it being pulled up. when it is up they begin looking at the damages* "Well we didnt miss a shot...and the ammo is good..Also Jack,Tell them the execution is on and the officals here are invited!" Jack replies "Yes sir!.Death by fireing squad...This will be good.."
a fireing squad forms and the 4 men didnt say a word...An officer says "your loyalty to your cause isnt working" They are blind folded and crowds appear...In minutes 4 shots are heard..They all fall..Men with axes come and chop there heads off and put them on wooden spikes men say "Brutal! but it will teach them not to mess with us again!" Men hold them up and the crowds cheer....the president says "Did we have to go by traditiont this time? its being seen as brutal" his aide replies "Sir,It is a custom here you know that" the president says "Your right they deserve it!"

The general sees the officals and says "the boat is yours"

*The PNS Ulysess sails into Catania-Marinov's main harbour.*

"Do you wish to investigate the ship at all? If so then come aboard. You're welcome to stay the entire trip back to Phoenixius if you wish."

*Meanwhile the PNS Fury is loaded on board the recovery ship. The investigators bid farewell to Catania-Marinov, and board the PNS Ulysess.*

No investigations will be nesicary..Thank you anyway..Maybe we can start a n embasy in each others nations one day.
