May I suggest that what is required is not large armies but rather small commando groups. We do not want this village to be eliminated, but we do want the invaders killed.
Therfore, I offer you the use of a group of 30 of my nation's Security Force. Highly trained, highly efficient soldiers; they will not let you down.

Information has become available to our nation regarding this terrorist group. It seems to be supported by a large conglomerate of multi-national corporations, some of them with operations/bases in outer space. Maybe this piece of land is of strategic importance to somebody's expansion plans.

Nicholandia, putting our difference on oppinion of the moon aside, the forces which invaded the town are from outer space. you know your space issues, please do what you can to get to the bottom of this issue as my nation is not and has never been specialy capable in space travel.

Golden Valley, my government is pleased and prepared to co-operate in order to right the grevious wrong inflicted upon Tarris.
On investigation, John Kane, head of the Nicholandia Security Service, has informed me that the terrorist group in question are a highly sophisticated, extremely well-equiped group of mercenaries led by one Colonel Richard H. Dean, a shady fellow who has served prison time in my country for a variety of offences. He seems to have moved up in the world from his days as a petty thief and a pimp.
We have not yet been able to determine just who is hiring Colonel Dean and his group at the moment, and why this particular village is of import to them, though my spies are working on the matter.
