I am interested to know which countries refine oil and how much, also who buys oil and from whom.

Scince we discovered crystalic fusion, Oil has become more of an export.

Al Jumhuriyah Al Khals Dimuqratiyah boasts proven oil reserves of 78.2 billion barrels, according to the last major survey, and more is suspected. The republic maintains long-term export deals, many several hundred million barrels strong annually.
Oil exports just a few years ago passed US$10billion, and shortly there after the republic's largest single export contract was increased six fold.

But we must admit, we export over 2 Billion barrels of oil a year, with profits of up to 10 billion.
