$30 is bottom on modern charts. However, if you're willing to go toe to toe... I'll drop to match per drum temporarily. I can go low because I have no EPA or OSHA to deal with, and am using cheap labor in polluting facilites with no regard to wilderness or ocean.

Also, economic comparison would put you at a disadvantage. The ISA has issued a new Directive, to secure oil markets. As of now, our companies are purchasing stock in yours, and are contracting out your secondary industries, such as transport, refining, and storage. Obviously, there are ways around this. Please contact Terenaus Standard Oil or its affiliates for a more pleasant arrangement.

Prices locally are Mid-to-late 1960's level for most goods, and wages are going up. The added capital, and expansion of partnerships with outsiders is something the NK government does not oppose, if you wish, we can arrange a temporary partnership to best utilize the advantages of your nation, and ours, in the Petroleum market? Clearly your production costs are higher, due to higher cost-of-living in your nation.
On the other hand, we are quite interested in improving productivity and output, while maximizing our profits as they relate to the local economy here-if we agree to set prices between us, both your companies, and ours, can reap significant rewards while neither of us gives up our independence, and Wolfish pays the tab... We'll sell our oil to you at our production cost plus .05%, and you can then lower your bid to edge out other competitors...
