A loud beeping sound resinates from televisions, radios, computers, and other such communication devices throughout the nation. A government sponsored speaker comes to the podium. He is middle aged, and is wearing civilian clothing, but obviously shown by his demeanor and the several markings on his jacket that he is a military official. He announces the following:

"My fellow countrymen, the Emperor regrets to not be announcing this but is in council as we speak. It has been sent down from the heirarchy that it is time for our military to mobilize." he gulps for a second and looks back at the telepromptor and continues, "This comes about as the recent terrorist attacks throughout the globe promise that at some point or another they will come upon our great country. War has yet to be declared against a country inparticular, but as soon as our intelligence locates a country harboring such groups it shall be declared. All reserves are being called to their respective bases for re-outfit, all active personel on leave are required to return to their bases as well. Any able body man willing to become a national guard member please go to your recruiting station, you will not be asked to fight but will be expected to guard your nation if it comes to such things. We thank you for your time." the man bows his head and leaves the room flanked by military personel.

Throughout bars and lounges cheers go up. The national pride has kicked in, and the patriotic men of the nation head towards their respective locations. Active personel rush to their barracks, and reserve members board military transports to head back to their bases. Transports filled with national guard troopers move into locations where police officers are drawn thin by the many reserve members in the force.

The evening news begins, most people throughout the country flip to it expecting to see the regular news broadcast disregarding the call to mobilization. But as the broadcast began the regular mobilization news, as in nothing but a quick mention, was not the case. The newscastor began.

"Hello my fellow citizens. Time has come yet again for our nation to defend herself. We shall begin at our Royal Ports today, as the navy is begining to take to sea." he pauses for a moment and then continues "Our great reporter Mike Riveria is on location right now, and we will switch over to him now."

"Thank you John," is heard as the tv changes to a well known reporter who is clearly at the Royal Ports, a location viewed hundreds of times by members of the nation. "We are here today to show the people what is going on. The entire military force has been called to arms, and the Grand Fleet, which is a combination of 7 of the Royal Fleets, is taking to sea. Grand Admiral Gerard Wolfe is onboard his flagship, the NRS Chamberlain, and is taking to sea now."
The scene slowly shifts to the right where hundreds of war ships are lined up being loaded with supplies. Behind them can clearly be seen the first part of the fleet already leaving the harbor. A massive Juka Heavy-Battleship is seen pulling out infront of the camera, the crew standing on the rails as to salute the nation. A voice interupts "John, back to you, more reported later."
