Why have a B-52 when you can have an EB-52, stealthier then the B-2 but with a much higher bomb compacity and equal range. Or the EB-1C, even stealthier then the EB-52 but with less of a bomb load and more speed.

The B-7 is designed as a replacement for the B-1b. It is capable of penetration bombing with it's stealth characteristics, as well as anti-shipping and high altitude precision bombing roles.

The Republic of China does not sell it's military hardware overseas, but is more than willing to sell it's airliners - which can be converted to military use fairly easily.

what difference does it make? If missiles are coming up on it's tail they flip up and spew lead

Too clunky and un-aerodynamic.

Not if you think about it. The plane already has RFR, so all it needs are some 12.7mm gatling guns with about 120 degrees of motion laterally and at least some partial movement horizontally
