Alot of anti-communism exists because of Russian Forces... even though I wouldn't count what Russian Forces is as a "Communist".

Communism can work. Just because there was corruption in communist nations it doesn;t mean capitalists were perfect either.

Dear Russian Forces,

As the Foreign affairs administrator for the Internationale, I would like to congratulate your open invitation to protect and foster the communist community.

While the Internationale recognizes that as a relatively small region/military alliance, we may not have as much to offer immediately as the RBA, we are growing larger with every day as our citizens and workers strive to create the just tomorrow they envision for the world.
Therefore, we would not like to join the RBA wholesale, as the Internationale is carving out a place for itself in this world, however, we would be highly interested in military/trade treaties between our like minded regions.

We hope that this suggestion will be amenable to yourself and your region, and that together we may continue the ever forward march of justice.
