With the way you act and speak towards other nations and their ideologies, it is no wonder that communists have a bad name. Comrades, I mean no disrespect, but be civilized at the very least. For this meeting, I propose a better diplomatic stance towards nations whose ideals conflict with our own, to show that we can be capable of living harmoniously with each other.

Capunist is basicly where private enterprises are allowed, but you have to pay for a lisence to be a capitalist/ private land owner...otherwise property reverts back to the state...
