The western reaches of my nation are currently under the control of right wing guerillas supported by the Evil Dictatorhip of Skeletor. I am requesting military assistance in defeating them and restoring stability to the Peoples Republic of Artistan.

We are willing to send 300 Green Berets to train a new division and 1,200 Rangers to help fight the rebles and enough supplies to form a Division of 20,000 men. We will also supply you with Intel from CIA agents in the field.
