IC: Whittier has altered the agenda to include discussions not only on dealing with international terrorism but also the establishment of a peaceful govt in Kish and recent violations of the Whittier Convention on the Laws of War when certain nations illegally used nuclear weapons.

The Dr_Twist Government is happy that its attempts of cooling down a situation and gain control back has worked, it was all hell out there this morning.

We have currently look at all evidence and have tracked it down to 2 Nations, Vizion and Lower Egypt, But Lower Egypt evidence is a lot older then Vizion evidence in this case leading Dr_Twist Investigation teams to point the Finger at Lower Egypt for the complete mess that happened this morning.

I would like to point out that Credonia is not at all happy about the use of Nuclear weapons by Xeraph in this conflict. It was totally unexceptable. Conventional forces could have been used to do the same damage, but now we must worry about the after effects of nuclear radiation affectig the citizens of not only Kish, but the neighboring nations and nations in the region.

You know I was acting in defense after allies and my self (and you, Dr_Twist) were targetted... our CHILDREN were killed, and I was fed up. But, yes, Loweregypt issue happened before we were ever attacked.
