the trucks stoped just before falling into the river. work begins.

the workers at the bridge stop the train check the cargo, and they allow the train to pass. a small house built at the riverside is where these customs personal will life and work.
CLANG-CLANG-CLang! the last bit of track about a mile out of town is layed, with the diesel then proceding forwards. to drop off soybeans and pick up Paper and Frozen Chicken (my country's main products.)
A small Chaffee garrison is set up about a quarter mile from the river... It will house two civilian employees, four soldiers, and two armed pickups. The garrison also maintains a TDS for stopping trains.
the train loads up on Paper, Frozen Chicken, and a few passengers. it then proceeds back to chafee
The Chaffee garrison halts the train and checks it throughly, nothing and it is allowed to pass... The train is then unloaded and reloaded with corn, wheat, and beef.
Meanwhile, a newly constructed diesel rig, noticeably bigger than the current one, was built and is being set up on the tracks. It has a much larger front and what looks like a window-less rear end. Also, a large boxcar was set up to allow delivery of larger objects, and another boxcar was set up, this one looks brand new due to its shiny new steel sides and large doors.
a new looking GP9 Diiesel pulls the 4 car Clankerton Super Special towards chafe, after picking up it's passengers, it gets up to full speed.
