All along the Cossack occupied territories, Don Cossack armies begin pulling back to the coast as the Russian blockade is lifted. The republic has accepted an offer by Free Rumania to settle its land with the independance they have so long wanted in return for giving a quote of its military to Free Rumania, no questions asked. We await reponses by Free Rumania as to where we will settle and what military quota amounts you will need.
