All along the Cossack held Don and Volga river regions, along with the Cossack held Crimea and Caucasus, a slow retreat towards the coat begins as Russian Forces allows the Cossacks to live in Free Rumania. Originally a frontier, settling people, the Don Cossacks have no qualms about leaving to a another location. We await Free Rumania's response as to where we will be settled, and other arrangements. sahaydachny is expected to prepare a statement soon.

We are deeply sorry we were unable to help you (OOC: Due to our leaving the forum for a while) but offer an aid package of $25 Billion to help you get on your feet in your new home. An additional $1 Billion is conditional on your moving towards democracy.

OCC: May we post casualties of the war? I don;t give a damn about the planes and such as long as it is over. we'll just say it has been black marketed through Russian lands.

Mine will be fair. This has been short so casualties shouldn't be so high. I believe you casualties would be more higher though.

The generous offer of Free Rumania is accepted by the Cossack government. As soon as your ships arrive we will begin loading of women and children. The Cossack republic has a large fleet of sail-powered vessels fit only for river travel, so we regret to inform you that your goodwill is our only way to get to Free Rumania.

Rumania has always been our most generous ally, and we will gladly fight for you until our debt is repaid. Our arms will speak voluymes more should the need arise.

From the Armenian and Georgian border to the Euphrates river and just above the city of Erzurum, it looks like.

The Republic of China is offering $2 billion USD to the Cossackian peoples as reconstruction aid after the resettlement. We are also interested in establishing diplomatic relations with Cossack by exchanging embassies.

The Cossacks in the Romanian military will have their own units with Cossack leadership. In peacetime(except for war-exercises) the Cossacks will be stationed in or around their territory in Turkey. Should a war arise they will be assigned to units of the ROmanian Army and Airforce.

The Cossacks will have insignia on their uniforms to distinguish them from other members of the military, and their dress uniforms will resemble the classic Cossack look.

The United Socialist States of Lietuveska must laud the nation of Free Rumania for accepting the Cossacks. We have been watching the conflict rather closely, and we must say we are very pleased with the acceptance of Free Rumania to allow a lost people home. It brightens our hearts to know that compassion still remains upon this cold earth.

Furthermore, Lietuveska will follow in the footsteps of the leader of an alliance we recently joined, The Egalitarian Commission. We have decided to send $10 billion in aid in order to promote Don-Cossacks in global standings.

It is hoped that our donation will be appreciated, and we are very pleased with the outcome of this situation.

Meanwhile, in Erzurum, immediate measures are passed by the Cossack Congress. Prime Minister Sahaydachny has been reverted back to normal powers. Celebrations are declared throughout Cossack-owned Turkey as many towns are established by the fast-settling Cossacks.

We are taking a Nutral postion on this issue and becaues we are we wont allow them in our empire.

In a massive show of solidarity, each person from our country has called for an aid package to be delivered to the Don-Cossacks, which amounts to 1 million tons of wheat, 560,000 tons of corn, and 10 billion dollars to aid in the creation of infrastructure.

Lietuveska I think I can handle protecting Turkey quite well...
