Let it hereby be known that the nations of Corneliu, The Fedral Union and CoreWorlds has created a Charter to set Rules and Statutes of the Region of the Eternity Legion. This is to prevent Infractions and Problems among the Legion. The High Council is the Founding Members, and will make all final decisions that affect the Legion.
Admittance:
Background and RP checks will be made before the Council decides to admit any new Nation into the Legion. A majority vote will then be decided whether or not to admit the new nation. If the Council decides, we will consider your application. If we want to talk to you, expect a telegram to appear. If you see that we need your MSN or AIM screen name, that means you have an interview with one or all of us.
Rules of Engagement:
No WMD are to be used at all unless they are used upon you first. Any nation guilty of this will be expelled from the region.
Wars between allied nations will be settled by a mediator. If no appropriate measure can be agreed upon, it will be taken to the council for decisions.
If a nation threatens a member, the other members will do everything in their own abilities to support the member, PROVIDED the aggression is unprovoked. Otherwise, you’re on your own, depending on the situation.
No nation is under obligation to support or condemn a member if he/she wishes to invade another nation, provided there is sufficient reason for the invasion (genocide, etc).
Judicial:
For the most serious of crimes, like Genocide and Terrorism, the nation will expelled and possibly invaded. Invasion without necessary provocation or evidence will recieve either a heavy fine or expulsion, whatever the Council decides.
Flaming, flamebait or related offenses; spamming:
1st time, a Warning
2nd time, a Heavy Fine (up to 10% of GNP) and Moderator warning
3rd time, Expulsion
Innuendo:
1st time, Modalert and very heavy fine (20% or more of GNP)
2nd time, expulsion.
Blatant Godmodding:
1st offense: warning and a small object (wrench, corncob, etc) stuffed up the reactor linkage
2nd offense:
Fine of 20 billion or 10% of GNP
3rd offense: Expulsion
