Dear Nations,

You may have realized that tensions are sparking, terrorists are attacking, citizens are being persecuted, and new alliances are forming. The NationStates world is on the border of a World War, even if you have not yet noticed. The main side in this war is the New World Order (NWO), which is a fairly new alliance consisting of many alliances, but is already involved in almost a dozen smaller conflicts. We fear that this may soon boil into a gigantic mega-conflict. Therefore, Nanakaland will officially declare neutrilliry in all conflicts that has to do with this upcoming World War until further notice and the LoD will delay its decision on whether they will join the NWO.

P.S. This is because if I were to get involved in such a war, Nanakaland would actually have to make enemies and that isn't good for diplomacy.

OCC: I know where you are Coming from Nanakaland, that is why i haven’t and will not get involved in the war on Terrorism, But atleast its keeping the alliance active fighting the terrorists.

The ANL goes along with Nanakaland and also wished to remain neutral. Primarily because our civil war is almost over and it is time to rebuild. Also, we want to restart a peaceful, non-violent existance that was shattered by the civil war.

I must state how Russian Forces' and Dark Terror's sudden activity is primarilly the source of the current international tensions. [Not saying that they did anything wrong, but they're just starting a lot of small conflicts, which could combine to one big conflict.]

Euroslavia stands by its ally, Nanakaland in neutrality. We see no point in choosing a side. Either way, a lot of innocent people will die.

We will not get involved in the War on Terror and will stand Neutral, we also hope that other nations in NWO stand neutral in the war on terror.

As a member of the LoD, we support Nanakaland's decision to remain neutral. Speaking for our nation, a large network of alliances often becomes very complicated and may escalate minor disagreements to major wars.

However, as always, whenever a nation is subjected to unfair treatment, we are willing to lend our services in an attempt to help solve the problem.

You did know i am basically the leader of New World Order and i have declared myself neutral, New World Order didn't start this, it was the War between Lower and Upper Egypt and it has pushed on from there. This is why i refuses to get involved.

Who can we really consider 'good' or 'evil'? The people invading other nations to stop terrorists while killing scores of innocent people along with it, or the people blowing themselves up, or setting off car bombs in order to kill more innocent people? In my opinion, both sides aren't worth joining...

No terrorist finds safe haven in Cossack lands. Traditional rules call for the execution of the man who kills innocents.

Just Minutes ago NWO has declared Neutrality with Terrorism, all those involved in Terrorism and fighting it only do so in there Nations Name and in there Alliances, If nothing happens Soon NWO will blanket Ignore Terrorists.

War is not in the game's mechanics. However, you can roleplay wars in the forums perfectly legally and easilly.

We also delcare neutrality in all world wars. Our reasons are our own.

I will also declare full neutrality. No support will be lent to either side. Security will be stepped up, and nobody may enter the CCT city that isn't a Kingdom of the Midlands citizen. All people entering must check at the border checkpoint for clearence to enter. If not, autoguns will fire on them.

We also declare our full neutrality in any conflict regardless of alliance or cause. However, we also declare our planet a sanctuary and will allow any mortally injured in conflicts to come to us for treatment, as we are highly advanced medically and might be able to help... any aggressive action towards our planet will merit action by human nations allied to us.

We will not allow any armed units in our territory.

A reccomendation is that people (unarmed) fleeing, ask for sanctuary in the Asylum region.

We have unfortunatley been forced to enter the conflict against some elements of the NWO (specifically Dark Terror), in order to save large numbers of innocent people. It was a difficult desicion to make and some people have branded us terrorists for it but we believe that innocent people should not be killed merely because of their religious beliefs. And we are going to stand up and do something about it.

Singapore will keep its ports open to any nation, but they will be inspected by the GSPD [Greater Singapuran Police Department] for arms or contraband if so needed. If any are found the arms will be confiscated and that nation banned from shipping through Singapore for an unspecified amount of time.
