Don't do it. If you have to, make sure you have a bloody good reason.

I would adopt a winning strategy. But, that's just me.

Appeasement works. Oh and if your fighting a asshole country who just wants to stomp you, resist godmodding. Someone might feel sorry for the fair person and stomp the attackers ass instead.

Strategy depends on the troops involved, the terrain and the possiblity of reinforcements. You'll find alot of people here simply run mass units at each other but you do get some others who will actually RP out good strategies.

Dunno you could try getting a hold of the Role Playing University and see if they'll admit you.

Due to your size and the size of your emeny your plan should change. My recommendation is that you use a plan of attacking their supply lines. If you are attacked and since you have required military serivce you could, at the most, field an army of 2 million. This would in real life hurt your ecom but it is kinda a do or die sitaution i am talking about.

You should use as many different moble strike froces as possible. You would have to hit and run on their lines and maintain air supieroty at ever enagement. This should allow you to destory the emenies moral and allow you to still have freedom of movement within your own country, while if done right keep your people on your side.

I do not know if this is what you were asking but due to your size and the fact that no one should attack you alone you will be outnumered by alot.
