Wossamata declares war on Mapalgetia (Closed RP)

Earlier this afternoon, BGen William W. Winkovitz sent an army of 50,000 soldiers to the borders of Mapalgetia, armed with several tankloads of grenades, and a 21st Century High Angle Grenade Launcher. The Grenade Launcher can launch grenades to a height of 150 feet into the air. The launcher cost approximatly $211,001 for the Wossamata government.
One soldier loads five grenades into the launcher, not knowing where in the nation they would hit.

The grenades landed around five hundred feet inside Mapalgetia. High angles don't always mean high range.
Light mortar and machine gun fire answered. The mortar shells mainly landed around the grenade launcher, while machine guns sprayed the road the infantry were marching up.

MAPALGETIA TODAY
Today Mapalgetia has been struck by Wossamata. The Eastern Patrol Militia fired back. However, it tragically lost seven brave men from grenade fire.

With no response from the evidently confused Wossamatan forces, a flight of six gyrocopters flies over the infantry, dumping several tons of highly charged water onto the infantry. The water is held in rubber balloons which will burst on impact.
The Militia hopes this will stun many of the infantry.

Unfotunatly, the grenade launcher was hit, but was not severely damaged. Logistics is working on damage assessments.
29 soldiers were lost in the water attack.
Meanwhile, Wossamata sends in 150 casual-- err ... soldiers to fight in firepower combat. All equipped with combat rifles, they aim towards a group of Malpalgetian soldiers ...

Malpalgetia apparently took a massive hit after the armed soldiers went in, but they have not yet released numbers.
Seaching for a more practical (and less fatal) approach, Wossamata military leaders sent a beta stage W-99,000 air bomber, however, they used a less expensive weapon to launch. The bombers have dropped hundreds of bagfulls of deadly flying squirrel feces onto the nation of Malpalgetia.
