This morning, at 0450 hours, a routine patrol in the village of Hadar, Community of the Grey Hermits, fired upon unidentified persons in the vicinity of the CommTower outside of Castle Edram, provincial capitol of Bakhr. Three interlopers were killed, two wounded, six captured.

Abbot Mencius, when informed of incident, directed that prisoners be brought to Lord Baldomar's castle in Bakhr, where info will be extracted from said prisoners.

Unfortunately, it appears that the prisoners spoke no English, only some form of an Arabic dialect that was difficult to translate. It was noted that the prisoners who were still able to talk kept screaming something to the effect ( roughly translated ) about "heaven, blood, and mass killing" and
a single word, " kuulvo", which we were unable to translate.

After an impromptu trial, of approximately 2 minutes duration, the prisoners, who were captured with 250 pounds of C-4 and armed with AK-47 automatic rifles, were summarily judged guilty of Terrorism, and sentenced to death. They will be hung at 1400 hours, this date, in the courtyard of Castle Edram, approximately 35 minutes from now.

As a warning to any terrorists, if you think you can commit acts of terror on ARM allied territories, think again. You will be captured and killed, and the nations who sent/supported you will be destroyed.

A two minute trial is hardly sufficient length for a prosecution and defence to present arguments, let alone for a jury to make a decision. Therefore we assume that these elements were not present in the trial. Therefore, until proven guilty, these men are innocent and should not be excecuted.

Yes. Innocent until proven guilty. And guilt is determined by Justice, not righteousness. Like any other human being they deserve the right to a trial, despite their actions (which we already make it clear we have condemned).

Xeraph, the forces there came in under the guise of tourists. They have no weapons except themselves. They are there to prevent the prisoners being saved by other terrorist forces in the area. They will return to Phoenixius if you do not wish them there.
