As I said, this base is going to be very large.

The location is good, a long flat valley.

What I want is a base that has four 100,000 ft runways, 1,000 hangers that can handle heavy bombers, a large concrete area that can store an additional 500 aircraft, an underground fuel piping system that can pump jet fuel from 50 large tanks to any of the 1,000 hangers and to the concrete open area, a briefing room capable of handling 500 people, underground reinforced-concrete crew quarters for 1 Million people, 5 underground missile silos, 50 SAM sites scattered around the base, tarmat enabling planes to get to the runway, an alarm system that can be sounded by any of the 500 pull boxes, a storage site for 1,000 aircraft-pulling tractors and their crew, and an electric fence around the base, with five checkpoints to get into the base, each with two mounting-positions for .50 cal machine guns, and opening and closing gate.

This may seem big for any base, but I have a somewhat small country, so I like to centralize my bases.

Thats a big project, a very big project. Having built a number of military airfields that are of similar size or bigger i should like to offer some help.
Due to the cost of shipping the material, building it on site and such, i would say that the costs will be around 1-2 Billion USD. If you are willing to pay into the Billion $ region then i am willing to build this airport using a mix of civilian and military contractors. The project will take a total of 2-3 NS years and as i have mentioned before will probably cost in upwards of 1 Billion USD.

We would like to be contracted for this job, we have much experience in airfield desgining... and as such we would liek to look at your air force and only work roughly off your specification as you have missed out a lot of very important features, which we would happily build in.
