The commander of the HLF is sadly announcing his retirement from Nationstates and has decided to reveal all. The HLF was intitially a puppet of Huzen Hagen but was givern to Law2k as a diplomatic present. Law2k decided to turn the HLF into an organisation that generated funds for Law2k. However as a result of an invation in direct response to the illegal fraud operations it was conducting turned into a terrorist nation that shocked the world with its brutal disregard for life and its sucsess. It hereby claims responsability in funding The co-altion of terror.

Sadely the commitments of being an international terrorist leader have become too grate and I have decided to return the HLF back to Huzen Hagen. Its govenment has yet to comment on whether it will remain a terrorist state. I hope you will treat him in the hosbitable manner you have treated me.
