Treasure of Pharaoh Ramset IV Stolen by Arab Raiders!

DATELINE: Khartoum, The Sudan, Roycelandian East Africa

Sad news today as word filters back from the North of the Sudan that a sizeable part of the Treasure of Pharaoh Ramset IV, recently uncovered in the province, has been hijacked and stolen by Arab Raiders!

The convoy of trucks was ambushed on a road in the Sudanese Desert by a "Horde" of Arab Raiders on Camels, Horses, and Motorbikes. A large gun battle ensued, with the Colonial Guard fighting a valiant defence against the Arabs, despite being outnumbered at least 20 to 1.

In the end, the Arab Raiders managed to capture several trucks full of the Tomb's treasure and drive off into the Desert, after killing or wounding most of the Imperial Guard defenders.

Survivors report that the Arabs had cried something about the Treasure being their heritage, and that Infidels would all pay for desecrating it...

The Colonial Guard have promised to despatch a division to look for the Raiders, but warned people not to expect miracles. "Look, The Sudan is Huge. Africa is enormous. They could be anywhere, but we'll do our best" a Spokesperson said today.

On a happier note, the Treasure haul- which includes the fabulous Golden Sarcophagus and Mummy of the Pharaoh himself- transported by plane arrived safely this morning at Port Imperial International Airport, although Security Forces are on alert for attacks by other Anti-Archaeological groups...
