The government of Tar has decided to purchase empty/unused land such as small islands from foriegn nations. anything up to a medium size island will be considered.
the land will be used as a military base, tourist resort or shipyard/airbase.
special conditions are to be agreed on a case by case basis.

The Region of Palm Islands is FULL of Islands, any one of which would be suitable for your purposes.
As the Regional Delegate for the Region, Roycelandia is authorised to conduct transactions of behalf of the Region.
There are some clauses, the most important being:
1. No WMD allowed on your Island... sorry, but there's quite enough in Roycelandia and EvaTech without adding any more.
2. The Island can only be Leased, not purchased outright.
3. The Island cannot be leased to a Nation that is Communist, likely to become Communist, Unfriendly to Roycelandia or EvaTech, likely to become unfriendly either Roycelandia or Evatech, or fanatical Religious Governments of any religious faith.
