Two vans, as seperate check-points to enter Whittier (at the same time) drove up, attempting to enter.

They both were denied, and, when they were denied, the vans, loaded with various explosives, including EMP's, went off (EMP's first).

There was another incedent in Southpacific, this time in a mall with many highschoolers. Three men, with explosives strapped to them, walked into three parts of the malls, and, near large groups of teenagers, detonated.

Free Rumania heard of reports about terrorist strikes in their nations... and they were right. Three vans drove up three different elementaries and junior highs, and, upon arrival, just as the children were getting out of school, they exploded. Another attack happened just outside a governors mansion. This time, three armed men shot the guards, while a van drove around back, detonating.

Attacks were held in Russian Force's Moscow, with suicide bombers entering markets, and two schools, then detonating. Another van drop upto Mr. Putin's home and detonated.

In ViZion, six suicide bombers attacked two of their largest malls in ViZion's capital, ViZion City. Another two vans detonated at two different elementaries just after school let out.

Romanian forces have now detained ALL foreigners from islamic countries, and anyone even resembling a middle easterner. Surveilance has picked up 20 terrorists who were involved in the plots and they will be executed in the regular terrorist manner on national TV. Fellow citizens, once again our nation has suffered a devastating attack.
Once again, innocent children from various nations around the world were cruelly and viciously targeted. I cannot understand why anyone would target the innocent. These are not warriors we are dealing with. They are cowards. Warriors fight their enemies armies face to face, they don't attack innocent civilian women or children.
Tonight, cause of fears of further attacks, I declaring a state of martial law. A curfew will be in force nation wide from 6pm to 8 am.
All violators will be arrested and held as material witnesses. Further, all immigration into our nation is being suspended.
The military, which has been on red alert since the last attacks, are now on a war footing.
Any persons who have dark skin and speak a language other than english are being rounded up by the military as I speak. They will be transported to Marquillia Federal Penitentiary to be held as hostile witnesses to terror.
Our sympathies go out to the other nations targeted in this vicious attack.
Some nations are claiming neutrality. But in this war there is no neutrality. You are either with us or against us.
If you are with us, the South Pacific expects proactive involvement for the search for these terrorists.
If you are against us, we will find out, give or take a year, and you will most certainly face a full scale multinational military invasion.
These are the times that try men's souls but I convinced that the horror of combat and martial law will come the recognition that no group or nation can stand against a world united against cold blooded terror.
