not of my nation or any other nation forbid. We want it just incase war is declared we use it on the opposing nation to try and end the war. We want to stay away from war as much as we can and we really dont want to lose men so we just use the chemical then fight more if it is necesary that is all i dont want to declare war or kill millions that is all.

Let me get this straight... if you enter a war... instead of being honorable and fighting, you'll just cut straight to using chemical war on the nation? Would that include, say, civilians?

It is rather easy to produce new and known chemical and bioligical agents. (Not that my country does.... *shifty eyes*) If you want to get a hold of such weapons in the future, I suggest keeping your intentions of attaining these items private, and stick to R&D behind closed doors and within your own country.

Also one more thing if we find terrorist in the country they wont be handed over but indtead held captive. You guys will get an invitation to our Great country and there you will see the public castration then execution of him. How ever he killed innocent people is the way he will die it will be broadcasted on tv also so we can distill some fear into these low handed people.

I surely hope that you do not plan to use these chemical weapons on the civilian population. I suggest using standard, non-chemical and non-nuclear weapons to wage war.
I'm sure you'll find that more times than not, a nation's government doesn't always act in the military interests of its population. While you may be at war with another country, its people might be against it. (Look at Germany in WW2; not all Germans were Nazis, most of the wermacht (sp?) weren't Nazis, many Germans and German Officers were against the war. Or look at America today, many Americans are against our current 'occupation' of Iraq)
I suggest that you use something like an EMP to disable an enemie's military rather than lace the countryside with chemicals. (Or just use conventional weapons)

You don't see EMPs working? You must have some pretty simple scientists. My country has been using EMPs for years on terrorist/rogue camps within our region to disable all electronics before launching a manned assault.
