Today in Zelpha, many riots are breaking out over the main capital, due to famine. Zelpha is young, still living in a ancient age, of castles and villages. The current king, Drake searches for a way to end this. He feels using force would help, but he does not want to cause deaths. Yet, his nation does not have the money to buy imported foods from other nations. Drake thinks quietly, as a rumble is heard. Looking out the window of his castle, he sees many people, starved, their bones almost showing, heading towards the castle. Drake turns away, and hopes someone will come, anyone, he can't fend off much longer.

Hattia would like to deploy some of our Riot Policemen to your nation, with your permission of course. We can also train your policemen to deal with incidents like these.

I would like to send you 10,000 AZK national guard forces to keep your country in order then when you request i will leave... deal? no cost. =)

King Drake, the Republic of Ancient Terra greets you. In order to curb the riots, we are prepared to offer you 2 billion dollars in gold and silver to purchase food from the international community.

We do not require you to pay off this loan, nor do we expect compensation in any way. We merely wish that your people do not go hungry. We have also called upon the Blue Cross, our humanitarian organization, to begin shipping water, milk, grain, fruits, and vegetables into your country. If rationed, this food should be enough to sustain your country while other food sources arrive.

Well my forces will be there in 2 hours..... we hope you can hold over until then...

Hellfire Nations and its branches of the Kingdom of Iron Nations, Steel Nations, Bronze Nations and Alloy Nations are shipping supplies including raw materials to process arms and food (various kinds that are in raw form for your people to process to keep it with in your time period) to your people. Along with these supplies 2,000 of Hellfire's United Army personel have been dispatched to aid you're people. They will follow all of you're orders until your turmoil has settled. They are all equipped with non lethal weapons but a shipment of lethal small arms is also accompanying them. They are redressing their fatigues so that our more "modern" nation's looks do not disturb your people too much.

EDIT: We will only send in 500 Soldiers to help guard the newly aquired goods and what ever else u might need them for. Food and Supplies as well as some advanced medcial supplies have been doubled and dispatched along with the medic groups.

We feel that sending in armed guards will only make this situation worse. It will not end famine... This will:

We advise all int'l forces to be pulled out, as it appears this could get violent if they are kept there.

I accept to set up trade, and I again thank you all for supplying help. Slowly, riots are dieing out due to the news, yet many wish to continue, till the food is here. The pressure of this riot has greatfully became lighter.

The engines roar as the planes get ready to take off. The planes would fly to Zelpha's capitol , deliver the food to the correct authorities , and head back home. All of this should take less than 5 hours(ns time) considering the jet's speed.

Finally, after the days of suffering, the citizens of Zelpha are overjoyed when the food arrives. Within hours, the food is cooked, and upon a giant table in the town square of the capital, the people feast, filling their girths. After words, the remaining food and what was not used is stored so that a famine will not strike again. Zelpha then sends the armies sent to him, and in town square, a giant statue is erected, to thank the nations which helped Zelpha.

"God bless them." Drake replies, finally sitting down, weary from the hours of waiting.

Emperor El' Jonson is overjoyed when he hears the news of the riots ending. He orders a statue erected, in which King Drake is carrying aloft the flags of the nations that sent aid to help Zelpha in their time of need. It will be put up in Tellerus Capital Park, near the Emperor's Main Palace.
