Greetings from Xeraph!

This Sunday, 7:00 PM EST, a conference will be held in our capitol city of Xeraph to discuss the formal creation of the NWOA. A banquet will be held prior to the discussions. All nations/alliances are invited.

All attendees are welcome to bring security forces with them. However, we must limit them to 100 total troopers each attendee.

We are anticipating an Alliance of over 500 nations when the conference is over.

I will not be able to make an apearance personally due to the unfortunate circumstance that Iuthia is still at war with Cronium over thier use of Nuclear Weapons as an assinations tool...

However, I do have a very qualified diplomat called Kayla Harmone, she has been my eyes and my ears many a time in the past and I'm sure she will fit in perfectly during this banqet.

She will require only two bodyguards as per standard in Iuthia, they are:

Mark Stevens (Human) - Black Viper Bodyguard
Lizo (Clanger) - Black Viper Bodyguard

We request that our guards are permitted to carry Guass Rifles as they are a symbol of our military prowess despite our 100 years of peaceful existance. Should they not be permitted we will accept just one rifle with no ammunition, or even plugged up if we have to.

We regret to inform the conference that Brezhnekov's plane had to be turned around midflight due to an atrocious terror attack on our capital.
He is returning to Whittier to take personal charge of the situation.
