What kind of tech you have? A Medieval Tech nation would be quite a challenge, but not impossible. I think there's a few around, but i'm not sure where or who they are.
If you're modern, ultra-modern, or future, then there's a lot of nations and alliances aorund here.
Industrial or Pre-Atomic Nations are a rarity.

I'm a nation that has modern technology, but has different stuff.

I.E A trebuchet rock that travels 234 miles.
