Foreign Policy - General
1) Credonia shall take on an internationalist approach to international affairs

2) When taking on an internationalist approach to international affairs, military intervention is acceptable so long as it serves the purpose of being about, promoting, and ensuring peace in the world

3) Credonia shall not allow imperialistic nations to fulfill their goals of increasing their nations' borders through force

4) When the need arises, a show of force is allowed to show that Credonia is militarily strong. A refusal to act in certain situations may cause potential aggressors to believe that we were unable to defend itself

5) Credonia shall not use force unless vital interests such as national security or opportunities to trade with other countries are at stake

6) Credonia will not hesitate to ally itself with countries whose values may differ from Credonian values, or to oppose countries, if necessary, whose values it shares

7) Credonia will preserve national security by protecting the rights, freedoms, and property of Credonia and its people

8 ) Credonia will provide aid to other nations that are in good standing with Credonia

9) Credonia will promote and maintain world peace. Credonia will advance this goal by becomming actively involved in resolving disputes between nations

10) Credonia will assume the responsibility of providing humanitarian aid and other foreign relief to foreign countries. Aid can come in the form of money, food, or military assistance

11) Credonia will establish free and open trade with other nations of the world. It will excanchge goods and services across borders without restrictions

12) Credonia will preserve, protect, and defend its constitution, the supreme law of the Credonian Empire

13) Credonia is a democracy, ruled under a three part ruling body with all offials elected by the people who enforces democratic ideals, and Credonia empire will continue to support other nations with similar ideals

1) Nations that harbor and support terrorists and terrorist organizations are labeled as terrorist states

2) Credonia will not negotiate with any terrorist or terrorist organization

3) Credonia will actively seek out an destroy terrorists at home and abroad if it or its allies are threatened

Foreign Policy Towards Allies - General
1) Credonia will help all of its allies in their scientific, technological, and any other pursuits that could be for the bettering of the allies and the world population

2) Credonia shall extend all allies the courtesy of discounts off all purchases made from Credonia

3) Credonia will establish collective security with all allies durig peacetime by establishing a military presence in our allies' nation and extend the same courtesy to them as well.

Yes i agree, New World Order doesn't discriminate agents government systems, Every nation had a right to there own Government systems.

It's real simlpe Credonia, for every nation that looks at one of these policies in a half assed way there is a nation like me to look at it like a lawyer, trying to understand what each line meens to me and how I can interpret it.

I'm pretty good with words, not great but pretty good.

So long as we have no problems with your nation, your ok and there wont be any conflicts, that goes for ANY nation with ANY kind of government now.

Wow, you've done a really good job on this. It actually puts into words most of my policies, so I hope you don't mind if I copy, paste, and do some minor editing for my own personal use (not to post anywhere, just as a reminder note for myself). I do worry about the following policy.

I value free trade as much as the next guy who is pretending that he controls a fake nation on a computer simulation, but do you really want to deny yourself the ability to put tarriffs on imports? I suppose you could just NOT trade with people you have political problems with, but still...I feel that weakens your position a little. Then again, I'm not you and don't pretend to understand your rationale: just my opinion. Otherwise, really, really good stuff.

Basically what it is saying is that no restrictions will be placed on who we can or cannot trade with, but the option is there. If we dont like a nation, then we have the choice not to trade with them.

[ooc] I don't know about Credonia, but my country both hates "Commies" and is allies with several of that stripe.
I think Credonia's being quite reasonable in stating that they will, when necessary, ally with nations that do not share their values, and against nations whom do share their values.

OOC: It's not very practical if your nations is meant to be encouraging peace Nuevo Kowloon, allying against nations because of their values is more likely to bring about conflict then end it... seeing as the focus of this foreign policy is to attempt to bring peace it wouldn't be in their interests to breed hatred against nations that are run differenty.

We believe that AIS and Credonia share common interests and we look forward to the possibility of opening up a mutually beneficial relationship between our Alliance and the nation of Credonia.
