You are merging two countries with (presumably) no IC links whatsoever. Unless they somehow acquire some links (peacefully or by war, either way is good) most people will just ignore it.

I Have acually been planing this for a long time. You have probobly not seen The thread "Death of Emporer Offzanka Civil war started:but The roalists won and their ruler was Stefan, Who is also this.I had know other way to show this and the point of Starting the Civil war again and saying Stean won Was very small. I Therefor just wrote this post and will keep it until from now on and this is reson. Besides I am know that very few people would have read the other post anyway so I figured this was the best cause of action. Sorry bout that.
