What is this alliance for then? Against who? If it is just a general alliance to help each other then I'm willing to join.

interesting..how you're willing to join an alliance that hasn't even stated what it is about. It could have been an alliance to kill all baby seals, and you just joined it without asking what it was. :lol:

Recently [He/She, delete whichever is innapropriate] [Insert attrocity of your own devising, or something they really did. If your making this up note it OOCly], THIS SIMPLY CANNOT BE ALLOWED! Such actions are intolerable and DEMAND that my people make a stand against the tyranical government of (nation).

Rules of War:

No nuclear, biological or chemical weapons will be deployed. This is void if (nation/alliance) deploys above weapons first.
Prisoners will be treated humanly and sent home at the end of the war

Terms of said treaty:

3. (nation/alliance) must forswear the further development of nuclear arms for (x) years
