As war seems imminent, the Masarean Dictator, Aeril Yttra, stands before the podium once more. With a TV behind him, he begins "Masarea has recently taken care of a terrorist group within its borders. In doing so, tyrannical nations, obviously in league with the terrorist threat, have attempted to coerce our country into following them, bowing to their whims. Masarea refuses to do so."

The TV behind him turns on, seemingly of its own accord. A clip of Aust's leader is shown, saying "then it is war and I have a much larger army than you and more experiance. I shall give you one last chance.," followed by a clip of Austian cruise missiles approaching the border.

Aeril Yttra speaks once more, "We are being invaded by a hostile force of nations who seek to destroy our way of life, and seek to do away with our rights as a sovereign nation to defend itself from harm. We were offered a second chance, but were not provide time to make a decision on whether to accept or decline before an attack on our nation was initiated. They are numerically superior. Henceforth, we request the aid of the international community to help us in the defense of our borders."

Our armed forces have recently emerged from a brutal war with the Ferussians, and sadly we were not victorious in our attempt at glorious conquest.

We have since reformed our army and have forged a new military fighting force.

Now we seek to indulge in new adventures overseas, for we are hoping to develop further training for our armed forces.

We feel that we can loan perhaps an Army to your nation for subsequent "field training."

Hm... I have read the thread and I've added that Iuthia will place a trade embargo against your nation should you go to war with Masarea.

We have condemned Masarea for the execution of protesters, however while we are against such an act it is something they are allowed to do under their own laws... niether you nor I can tell them what laws they must have on their nation. As such we are wholey against Aust's war with this nation and the heinious acts that Aust has commited to this end.

Basically put, Aust's crime is worst.

The Dominon of Upper Cet Kola Ytovia wishes to set the record straight as to the nature of the "terrorists" in Masarea. What the Dictator-for-Life of Masarea refers to as terrotists were in actuality unarmed protestors, who were protesting the injustices of their country's government. Without reason, the protestors have been arrested, tortured and executed.

On the other hand, Aust has attacked Masarea without giving adequate warning, let alone giving adequate opportunity for a diplomatic solution.

Maybe some of the attacking nations should try more diplomacy than do what I say or I will go to war with you and crush you.

I don't agree with what Masarea has done, but I cannot see where myself or anyone else has the right to DICTATE to Masarea what Masarea's laws and policies should be. And if I wanted to do something about it, I would ROLE PLAY through diplomacy rather than instantly going to war.

And that is where the problem lies. I may be a new nation but, I have spent time lurking on the boards and have seen this same thing several times. And frankly that is one of the main reasons I haven't posted. Why participate on a board that is supposed to be based on ROLE PLAYING whn so many of the others on here not only can't figure out what that is but also try to FORCE their ideals on smaller nations by INSTANTLY going to war. Why can't these bullying, warmongering nations figure out that thy have NO RIGHT to DICTATE to any other nation what that nation's laws should be? Heh, can you tell that this has irratated me for a while?

I wouldn't waste my "virtual" breath on this one Silvermist - sometimes you just gotta accept that the person you're talking to isn't capable of understanding at the level you're looking for ... in this case sounds like it may be because he/she is barely past puberty! He - or she - will doubtless catch on if they stick around.

Reformed England has recently declared that it WILL be sending 5 nuclear batteries to aid the war...

The Peoples Republic of the Netharregions condemns the actions of the Aust. Clearly the Masarean Empire was acting in accordance with laws established by their lawful government. The Netharregions has had our own problems with dissidents upon our own movement to a new region and completely understand the need for stability. Executions are a deterrent to terrorism yes, although they sometimes must be put to use, as the Massarean’s have done.

We are appalled by the unwarranted use of excessive force by the Aust government and their puppets against the Massarean’s. They was no negations, only iron fisted ultimatums, what else can we expect form so called “Democracies”.

The Comrade-General of the Netharregions has declared it necessary to detach the 2nd squadron of the People’s Navy. This squadron will along with other units comprise the Netharregion Expeditionary Force (N.E.F) whose destination is the territorial waters of the Masarean Empire.

Their mission will be to act as a benevolent force in the protection of the sovereignty of the Masarean Empire. They will interdict any missile en route to the Masarean mainland, however they will not initiate any offensive attack on the Aust and their puppet supporters, unless fired upon, or unforeseen escalation of the conflict.

The aggression of the Aust and their Puppets is inexcusable in our eyes.

Not trying to be offensive or anything Savage Revolutionists, but you some of your posts were crazy (not to mention you went a little overboard on a lot of them), you obvously are ready to charge into any battle no-matter-what the size of your enemy (that can be good and bad), and you seem to have an obsission with the :twisted: emoticon. Back to the point of this thread, The Kingdom of Zarathoft will not get involved in the war (if it is still going on) for we do not wish to get involved in wars that does not concern Zarathoft and its allies. We will gladly send medical supplies or any other supples that does not have anything to do with: guns, ammunition, soldiers, or any other military weapon that can cause death. Like I said earlier, we don't want to supply anything that might make a nation attack our peaceful kingdom. Contact us if you need any medical supplies or clean-up crews. If you do, we will send 150 Doctors, and 1,000 Non-Combat soldiers. They will remain there for a week, then they will return to our kingdom.

Some days it just doesn't pay to try and explain anything, especially when some n00bs are so determined to show off their igonrance and intolerance. I am tired of seeing them shamelessly flaunt their lack of knowledge, respect for others and small-mindedness, so this will be the last time I bother to read this thread. Besides according to Masarea, the war (in the actual thread containing it, not the IMAGINARY war these n00bs have been fighting in this thread) seems to be over, so there is little point to continuing to read and post here.
