President Hoffman today made the following announcement,

"In an effort to give our own citizens the best in their interests, we have decided to leave the United Nations. We do not believe that such an organisation has any business in our own internal affairs."

There have been some peaceful demonstrations, however it is believed that the majority of the populous supports this decision.

Well, we just applied for UN membership. Do you maybe have some good reason why we shouldn't join this organization?

it forces you to pass laws. The last straw was when they legalized prostitution. Not only that, it f's up your economy sometimes. I remember one day Credonia had a powerhouse of an economy and the UN passed some rediulous law and my econony went down to BAD. That pissed me off and it took me 1-2 weeks to get it back, and i never did get it back to its original state until a few days ago. (i quit the un like 3-4 weeks ago and i had thta economy thing happen a month or so ago)

The Community congratulates the Austar Union in its endevours to increase control over her own internal affairs. No organisation may place itself above the right to national sovereignty.
