The Republic of Austar Union: Anatoba: President Makes Televised Appearance

"I would like to invite the nations of the world to come to our capital city, Anatoba, where we are hosting talks on the possible establishment of a new alliance.

The alliance I have in mind so far, the the creation of a 'unity of states'. It will not be a regular alliance as such, but rather of a European Union format. It is intended to be a trade organisation, with the possibility of defense alliances. It will encourage, peace and economic prosperity.

So therefore, I invite you to 'Capital Hall', the place where these talks will be hosted. All are invited, as long as you come from a genuine standpoint.

As we are just entering onto the international stage, it is our nation's best interest to find some kind of footing onto the world trading markets, and the possibility of a defense alliance also attracts us, for added protection in a turbulent world.

The President of Kay Son expresses his interest in opening diplomatic and economic ties to your nation. However, certain internal crisis has emerged that prohibits his leaving Kay Son. In his stead, he has appointed a diplomat of high status and importance to arrive at your nation's capital.
