The Empire of Daloo is having an international convention in its capital of Dal. Anyone and everyone is welcome to the event. The convention will last two days: starting today, Thursday ( Feb. 26) and ending on Friday night( Feb. 27) The purpose of this convention is to open my international relations and to learn more about NationStates as a whole. :D

The President of Kay Son is interested in opening diplomatic relations with your country. However, due to his heavy workload, he expresses his sincere regrets that he cannot come. In his stead, a diplomat of high statue will be sent to repesent Kay Son.

The Democratic Socialist Union of the Aztec National League welcomes the honorable nation of Daloo to the international scene and we hope your nation experences the same peace and prosperity we have experienced. We might be able to attend the convention, and if we do, we will be sending our Foriegn Affairs Minister, Dr. Darius Wellington to act as our ambassador.

I, Adin Estridge, Premier of Neo-Soviet Russia welcome you and wish your nation luck. I also am interested in attenting this convention, though I request to bring in a personal security force.

Daloo welcomes Neo-Soviet Russia as a friend. Although this is a peaceful convention, we shall allow you to bring up to twenty personal guards for your saftey. We open the doors of the Dalooian palace to you...but your personal gaurds can stay in the Security Bunker on the third foor, other than that...have a good time.

I am honored. I and a representative group of my government are en route to your nation. We shall be arriving shortly.

Adderton, we welcome your nation. You may bring as many as you would like, but keep in mind that you have no need to bring gaurds unless you feel compelled to for your own saftey.

If I cannot answer you replys here, i deeply apologize. The Council of Daloo will be meeting first thing in the morning around 7:00. I encourage everyone to attend the convention. This is a peaceful convention that will allow Daloo on to the international stage and to allow two days of peace for any country that participates. Starting tomorrow, we will be closing down the internation convention in our capital of Dal. For the ones attending, we will be having a internation council in the Halls of Tigeris. Hear you will be able to voice you opinion about Daloo, and we will do like wise. Hopefully this will be the beginning many future negotations. Also, Daloo anounces that it will be a neutral country in the worlds affairs until it deems other wise. :D
