Official Statement from the Chairman of the KE (Kwaswhakistanni Empire):
Late last night at the annual Kamikaze Pigeon commemoration, 10 people came into the stadium heavily armed and provoked the pigeons to self detonate using their own explosives to simulate other pigeons exploding so the others would want to as well. We have no knowledge of where the terrorists came from. 31,803 people died, including the 10 terrorists. It is a sad day in the KE, and we will honour these Kwaswhakistanni Heros that died a national monument in Monument park. Any information leadin to the destrction of the terrorist network that did this will be rewarded.
