The Republic of Ozymandias IV offers tentative support to the concept of codifying the rules of war.

However, before offering our full support to the Whittier Convention, we would request a few more details.

Is this Whittier Convention kind of like the Geneva Convention? What laws/provisions does it include?

I believe stongly in prisionors of War. They're a bearing on the government. and If the other contury takes Prisionors, then what are you to do? :?:
And you can't always stop a war, if someone wages war on you, then you have to fight back to protect you country.

We are willing to sign this convention. It will not be in force in the Liberal Unitary Republic until ratified by the Low Council by majority vote, but we doubt ratification will be difficult.
