We, the rightful rulers of the Uzbek nation, ask the international community for aid in our struggle against the corrupt usurpers in Tashkent. For too long have our rightful claims been ignored, but today, with the help of the world, we may be about to write a new chapter in the history of the Central Asian region...

Due to the lack of response from the existing government of Uzbekistan or from parties claiming to represent or support the said regime, the princely government of Oshima and Izu has concluded that the state of Chagatai should be recognised as the lawful administration of the aforementioned state.

To this end, we are prepared to offer military assistance to the Chagati regime in return for economic concessions once order is re-established.

We can supply the following to further your cause:
small arms and ammunition
volunteer units
loan of 2 squadrons of F/T-38 ground attack aircraft
loan of 1 armoured division
