Valentines Day, A Muscovia Shop, 6:00
Hur Affrak was stacking valentine cards in his rack, when a black van pulled up outside his shop. Three men stepped out, and kicked the door down.
"Shop doesnt open until 8!" Affrak told them, but they replied quietly.
"Against the wall, do it now!"
Affrak backed up, and one man kept him in place. The other two went to look around, and came back with two other men, and one woman. They were lined up against the wall.
Mr Jirfraksan thought something funny was going on. A black van had pulled up outside his friends shop. He grabbed his shotgun, and ran outside. He walked across the street, and as he looked in, the chatter of submachinegun fire could be heard. He could see the four people's bodies leaned up against the wall, blood dripping. He ran as fast as he could.

The workers in "Love Here" Shop, Muscovia main street, were executed for selling Valentines Cards and presents for an average price, but keeping 14% of the profit, 9% more than allocated for their job. As of Directorate Number 67, 30% is to go the public, and public works, 45% to Social Welfare, and 3% to The Military, 13% to the Fire, Police, and Ambulance services, and the rest to the shopkeepers.
