Lithos Petroleum has recently been doing research on high-voltage weaponry, utilizing techniques and equipment first developed by Nikolai Tesla (http://www.nationmaster.com/encyclopedia/Nikolai-Tesla) - in particular, the Tesla Coil (http://www.pbs.org/tesla/ins/lab_tescoil.html), and have successfully managed to create a working high-voltage electrical defence structure with an extremely long range and a high damage potential - it has incinerated organic tissue with one burst and destroyed heavily-armored vehicles with two to three bursts.
However, attempts to miniaturize the high-voltage armament have met with unpredictable - and, in some cases, fatal - results.
Therefore, Lithos Petroleum has contacted the international community and wishes to engage in a multi-national research initiative, witht he goal of making high-voltage weaponry both small enough to mount on a vehicle and safe enough so that the worst effect for those operating a Tesla-armed vehicle will be static cling.
