This Morning the Tsar of Dr_Twist King of the Bulgarian Empire Philip the 18th Dissolved Parliament after a massive scandal hit the Government in power. A national News Paper Released today the Tsar is using the Scandal to dissolve parliament and remove Democracy from the nation. In the 2nd Largest city in Dr_Twist Canning with a Population of 138 Million a Riot has broken out and as many as 60 Million of the Population has taken to the Streets Rioting and demanding that Democracy continues within the Nation, the Tsar Refuses to make a comment at this time, but has called up the National Guard and they have begun moving to the City.

OOC: We don't know what will happen at this stage, but what we do know is the Tsar is Dedicated to ASDU and the 4 way Alliance, but if another form of government comes to power we don't know if they will stay in the ASDU and the 4 way alliance.

Its official Revolution has broken out in Dr_Twist, Minutes ago the Population of Barracuda (capital of Dr_Twist) begun a Revolution the cities population is 326 Million over 180 Million of them have taken to the Streets.

The Country has Turned into one massive riot, The Tsar has gone into Hiding while the Riots head towards the Tsar's Palace.

Just Minutes ago SAS troops arrested the Tsar of Dr_Twist and his Family and have taken them to a Hidden location, a Lot of people in the nation are scared that the Tsar may never Come back to Power.

The other Half of the Dr_Twist Population has taken up Arm and have begun there own Riots towards the Riots already going on.

With the Out break of Civil War between Pro Monarchy Citizens and pro Democratic Citizens the county is slowly turning into 1 massive war zone, Troops from the Bulgarian Empire are being brang into the Nation in an attempt to stop the Civil war but being massively out numbered it doesn't look good.

Foriegn Minister Logan Newport delivered the following speech,

"Whilst we do not support the acts of anti-democracy, we also do not believe in a forced revolution. Therefore, The Republic of Austar Union, under the Hoffman administration will take a role in ridding Dr_Twist of this civil disruption, and we will succeed in positioning a government, democratic or undemocratic, into the Dr_Twist chambers. In the meantime, the President began to work out battle plans which he would be able to restore order in Dr_Twist.

With the Civil War heightening in Dr_Twist Troops forces around Dr_Twist have begun attacking each other in massive Battle Royals around the nation, Hugh Amounts of Military Equipment is being pushed around Dr_Twist as forces from both sides face off

Tsar backed Forces have begun to Move into the Capital to secure it, Democratic Backed Forces are in low numbers around the capital and is expected to fall fast to Tsar backed forces.

The Tsar welcomes all backing from nations who wish to back him, The Tsar has allways been the center of Power in Dr_Twist since its begining.

Of course the Tsar would look favorably towards nations that help him in the Civil war.

Dr_Twist has 12 Million troops in Turkey Loyal to the Tsar, but will stay in Turkey unless they are needed.

As a nation also ruled by a dictator (of sorts) we believe that people opposing the Tsar's rule should be... repressed. In order to achieve this, we will provide military aid in the form of tactical airstrikes on rebel strongholds. Please provide targets.

OOC: Come one, they'r not some über thingies, they have reason why they work and they are completly, destroyable. They do not use laser-tech, they do not fly, they are simply tanks on legs. Look at em' and the research thread. ( think its linked in the link :S )

OOC: thank you! :D I've had problems with inserting them in RPs since they have the armour and weapons of RL tanks, but the design and power from future tech. Wich means that most people think they are to powerfull for RL rp's, and they are to weak in future tech. Its a dillemma.

The USSNR is willing to send as many forces as possible, you, Comrade Brethren Ally Twist, must do the one thing you need to do: Tell us and it shall be so.

We can send troops, tanks, Naval Vessels, Aircraft, whatever you need My Comrade Brethren Ally. Elite Marines with....NOD Uniforms.....Can be sent also, these are our best, and can be used to your benefit. Just name where they will be dropped, and we will send two Mi-17's filled with twenty Elite Marines each, making Forty, to assist.

The only real areas of concern are the 2 Major Cities we need forces to retake them, most of the rest of the country is pretty quiet, just these 2 cities.

After hearing of the violence occurying in Dr_Twist the Royal Parachute Corps is bieng called up. If Dr_Twist requires their help in quelling the riots they will be granted. The border patrol will also be put on notice to detain anyone crossing the border illegally.

Tsar backed Forces continue to push forward with superior numbers and Equipment and hopefully the Civil war will be over soon.

President Anderson has pulled out of his visit to Dr_Twist because of the current hostilities. He will however be inviting the Tsar to J-City.

The Proposed deal on the Table is the Tsar will not have the Power to Dissolve Parliament and if the Government needs to be replace a Temporary Government will take its place while the People go to the poles, Making the Dissolving of Parliament Illegal, and the only way to replace A Government is to sack it by order of The Tsar, The High Court of Dr_Twist or a Parliament Vote, once the Government has been sacked the people will go to the polls to vote in a new Government, But all decisions that Parliament agree on will still need to be finalized with the Tsar, but the Tsar has the power to leave Parliament to make its decision on decisions removing the Tsar from the Process of the Tsar doesn't wish to be involved.

Minutes ago both sides of the Civil war have agreeded to the new terms to be added to Dr_Twist Law.

The Tsar has been Handed back to Tsar Forces and the Nation will slowly go back to normal.

The Tsar has also Ordered and Investiagtion into Intelligance that was gathered during the war that a Prodemocratic nation was helping Fight Tsar forces. The Tsar and the new Government have Vowed to take revenge on that nation.

Time Lock Post - Taking it back a few days

With the outbreak of hostilities in DT Premier Taratin quickly decides to protect his assets and locks down his embassy in the capitol. With in a few hours the embassy garison of 500 is ready for any incoming attacks. Shortly after a group of re-inforcment Spetsnaz forces airdrop in and increase the garrison size to 750 highly trained forces.

And back to the current day

The Premier sits at his palace and watches the news play out and wishes secretly that there was still a stalemate so he could try to oust the Tsarist rule and introduce the people to a true Socialist government. Yet DT is his ally and he can't play out his fantasy with problems of old Russia. Then he writes an offical letter to the heads of DT.
